FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND AUDIT ACT 1990 - SECT 4

4. Application of this Act to certain appropriations

      (1) The application of this Act extends to the financial administration of the appropriations specified in Column 1 of Schedule 2.

      (2) For the purposes of subsection (1), the officer specified in Column 2 of Schedule 2 opposite to an appropriation specified in Column 1 of that Schedule shall, in relation to that appropriation, be deemed to be a Head of Agency.
