FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND AUDIT ACT 1990 - SECT 21

Division 6 - Appointments, delegations and instructions 21. Financial management of Agencies

      (1) The Head of an Agency shall be responsible to the appropriate Minister for the financial management of that Agency.

      (2) In the case of the appropriations referred to in Column 1 of Schedule 2, the Head of Agency specified in Column 2 of that Schedule opposite to that appropriation is responsible for the financial management of that appropriation.
