FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND AUDIT ACT 1990 - SECT 20

20. Other money collected to be credited to Special Deposits and Trust Fund

      (1) Other money which comes into the possession or control of an officer of an Agency shall be treated in the same manner as provided for public money in this Division and shall be paid into the Special Deposits and Trust Fund or accounted for in such other manner as the Treasurer may direct.

      (2) This section applies to the extent only to which it is consistent with any other written law applicable to that money.
