FOOD ACT 2003 - SECT 83

83. List of approved laboratories to be maintained

      (1) The Director of Public Health is to prepare and maintain a list of approved laboratories.

      (2) The list is to be made publicly available.

      (3) The Director of Public Health may charge a reasonable fee for inspection.
