(1) If the Commissioner registers a firearm, the Commissioner is to issue a certificate of registration to the registrant.
(2) The certificate of registration is to –
(a) be in an approved form; and
(b) specify the name of the registrant.
(3) A person must not alter a certificate of registration.
Penalty:
Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years, or both.
