FIREARMS ACT 1996 - SECT 75

75. Application for registration

      (1) An application for the registration of a firearm is to –

(a) be in an approved form; and

(b) be accompanied by the prescribed fee; and

(c) be lodged with the Commissioner.

      (2) An applicant for the registration of a firearm must make the firearm available for inspection.
