FIREARMS ACT 1996 - SECT 59

59. Application for permit

An application for a permit is to –

(a) be in an approved form; and

(b) contain any prescribed particulars; and

(c) be accompanied by the prescribed fee; and

(d) be lodged with the Commissioner.
