FIREARMS ACT 1996 - SECT 24

24. Purchase by unlicensed firearms dealer

A person who is not a licensed firearms dealer must not purchase a firearm from any person who is not a licensed firearms dealer.

Penalty:

Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
