ELECTORAL ACT 2004 - SECT 75

Division 2 - Nominations for election 75. Persons who may be nominated and elected

A person may be nominated as a candidate for election and may be elected as a Member of the Assembly or the Council if the person is –

(a) qualified under the Constitution Act 1934 to be elected; and

(b) not ineligible under section 76.
