DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC PROSECUTIONS ACT 1973 - SECT 3
3. Office of Director of Public Prosecutions
(1) There shall be a Director of Public Prosecutions in and for the State.
(2) The Director is a Crown Law Officer for the purposes of the Criminal Code.
