(1)  The owner of a dog that is over the age of 6 months must register the dog.

Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 5 penalty units.

(2)  A person must not conceal, or dispose of, a dog to evade registration of the dog.

Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 5 penalty units.
