Application for licences
(1) A person may apply to the general manager for a licence.(2) An application for a licence is to be (a) in the approved form; and(b) accompanied by the appropriate fee.(3) If there is a right to object under section 52 or if a general manager so requires, an applicant, by public notice, must notify (a) the intention to apply for a licence; and(b) the address and details of the premises and the number of dogs to which the application relates.Penalty: Fine not exceeding 2 penalty units.
