Offences in relation to visiting child, &c.
If a child has been placed in a place or in the custody of a person by or under the authority of an assessment order, interim assessment order, care and protection order or interim care and protection order, a person must not without lawful authority or excuse (a) enter the place in which the child has been placed or is being accommodated; or(b) convey to or cause to be conveyed to the child any article or thing in contravention of the regulations; or(c) lurk or loiter about the place in which the child has been placed or is being accommodated for a purpose specified in paragraph (a) or (b) .Penalty: Fine not exceeding 15 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months, or both.
