CHILDREN, YOUNG PERSONS AND THEIR FAMILIES ACT 1997 - SECT 90
Register of facilitators
(1) The Secretary must establish and maintain an accurate register of
persons approved as facilitators.
(2) For the purposes of maintaining the register, the Secretary
may –
(a) amend the register; or
(b) destroy or move to the archives the register and substitute a new
register.
