Division 1 - Commissioner for Children
78. Commissioner for Children
(1) The Governor may appoint a person to be the Commissioner for Children.
(1A) The Commissioner may hold the office of Commissioner in conjunction with
State Service employment.
(2) Schedule 1 has effect with respect to the Commissioner and his or her
appointment.
