CHILDREN, YOUNG PERSONS AND THEIR FAMILIES ACT 1997 - SECT 53A

PART 5A - Information sharing 53A. Interpretation

In this Part –

"relevant person" means a person in respect of whom –

(a) the Secretary or a Community-Based Intake Service has received information under this Act; or

(b) an assessment order is in force; or

(c) a care and protection order is in force.
