CHILDREN, YOUNG PERSONS AND THEIR FAMILIES ACT 1997 - SECT 24

24. Variation or discharge of assessment order

      (1) The Secretary may apply to the Court for an order to vary or discharge an assessment order.

      (2) On the application of the Secretary under subsection (1), the Court may –

(a) vary the terms of the assessment order; or

(b) discharge the assessment order; or

(c) dismiss the application.
