Subdivision 3 - Production of documents
Application for document production orders
(1) The DPP may apply to the Supreme Court for a production order for a
property-tracking document.
(2) An application under subsection (1) –
(a) is to identify –
(i) the property-tracking document sought; and
(ii) the person or persons who the DPP suspects has possession or control of
the document; and
(b) may be made ex parte.
