CRIME (CONFISCATION OF PROFITS) ACT 1993 - SECT 9

9. Meaning of "appropriate court"

For the purposes of this Act, a reference to an appropriate court is a reference to –

(a) in any case – the Supreme Court; or

(b) in relation to the conviction of a person by a court of summary jurisdiction – either that court or the Supreme Court.
