CRIME (CONFISCATION OF PROFITS) ACT 1993 - SECT 62

62. Duration of registration

An interstate forfeiture order or interstate restraining order ceases to be registered under this Act if –

(a) it ceases to be in force in the State in which it was made; or

(b) its registration is cancelled under this Act.
