CRIME (CONFISCATION OF PROFITS) ACT 1993 - SECT 129
Property may be restrained under more than one order
(1) A restraining order, and a specified restraining order, may both
apply to restrained property at the same time on the same, or different,
grounds.
(2) If a restraining order and a specified restraining order both apply
to property, the fact that one of the orders ceases to have effect in respect
of the property does not affect any other order still in effect in respect of
the property.
