Subdivision 2 - Wealth-restraining orders in relation to property
Applications for wealth-restraining orders
(1) The DPP may apply to the Supreme Court for a wealth-restraining
order to be made in relation to the property of a person named in the
application.
(2) An application under subsection (1) may be made ex parte.
