CLASSIFICATION (PUBLICATIONS, FILMS AND COMPUTER GAMES) ENFORCEMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 74A

A person must not –

(a) possess child exploitation material; or

(b) with intent, access, or attempt to access, child exploitation material.

Penalty:

Fine not exceeding 200 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years, or both.
