CLASSIFICATION (PUBLICATIONS, FILMS AND COMPUTER GAMES) ENFORCEMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 70

      (1) An approved organisation may apply to the Minister or Director for an exemption under section 68.

      (2) The application is to –

(a) be in writing; and

(b) specify the film which the organisation intends to exhibit and the event at which the film is to be exhibited; and

(c) be accompanied by –

(i) a synopsis of the story or events depicted in the film; and

(ii) the prescribed fee.

      (3) The Minister or Director must, within 30 days of making a decision to refuse an application for an exemption, give the organisation concerned notice of the decision and the reasons for it.
