54. RC computer game not to be demonstrated privately in presence of minor

(1) A person must not demonstrate a computer game privately in the presence of a minor if the game –

(a) is classified RC; or

(b) is an unclassified computer game which would, if classified, be reasonably likely to be classified RC.

Penalty:

Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.

(2) It is a defence to a prosecution under subsection (1) to prove that the defendant believed on reasonable grounds that the minor was an adult.
