CLASSIFICATION (PUBLICATIONS, FILMS AND COMPUTER GAMES) ENFORCEMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 53

53. RC or MA 15+ computer game not to be demonstrated in public place

A person must not demonstrate in a public place –

(a) a computer game classified RC or MA 15+; or

(b) an unclassified computer game which would, if classified, be reasonably likely to be classified RC or MA 15+.

Penalty:

–
(a) in the case of a computer game classified RC – a fine not exceeding 100 penalty units or a term of imprisonment not exceeding 2 years, or both; or

(b) in the case of a computer game classified MA 15+– a fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
