CLASSIFICATION (PUBLICATIONS, FILMS AND COMPUTER GAMES) ENFORCEMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 22
22. RC or X 18+ film not to be exhibited in public place
A person must not exhibit in a public place a film classified RC or
X 18+.
Penalty:
Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units or imprisonment for
a term not exceeding 2 years, or both.
