COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION ACT 1986 - SECT 49

49. Power to impose terms on orders, &c.

Subject to this Act, an order, direction, or decision made under this Act by the Court may be made on such terms and conditions (including terms and conditions as to costs) as the Court thinks just.
