COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION ACT 1986 - SECT 2

2. Commencement

      (1) This section and section 1 shall commence on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

      (2) Except as provided in subsection (1), this Act shall commence on a day to be fixed by proclamation.
