Division 5 - Oppressive conduct of affairs 83. Interpretation: Division 5 of Part 4

In this Division, a reference to a member of a cooperative includes, in the case of a cooperative that has a share capital, a reference to a person to whom a share in the cooperative has been transmitted by will or by operation of law.
