(1) As soon as practicable after a cooperative ceases to exist, other than on deregistration of the cooperative under section 319, the Commissioner must deregister the cooperative by registering the cessation and cancelling the registration of the cooperative.
(2) The Commissioner may remove from any register kept by the Commissioner the name of any cooperative that has been deregistered or otherwise ceased to exist.
(3) A cooperative that has transferred its engagements to another cooperative is to be considered to have ceased to exist.
