(1) A person is entitled to make the assumptions in section 42 in relation to –
(a) dealings with a cooperative; and
(b) dealings with a person who has, or purports to have, directly or indirectly acquired title to property from a cooperative.
(2) If a person is entitled to assume a matter, the cooperative or anyone referred to in subsection (1)(b) is not entitled to assert in proceedings in relation to the dealings that the matter is incorrect.
