Tasmanian Consolidated Acts
(1) A magistrate to whom an appeal is made under this Division has power to hear and determine the appeal.
(2) After hearing an appeal, the magistrate may
(a) affirm the decision of the Commissioner; or
(b) set aside the decision of the Commissioner and direct the Commissioner to take such action as the magistrate thinks fit; or
(c) direct the Commissioner to take such action as the magistrate thinks fit.
(3) The Commissioner must comply with any direction given under subsection (2)(b) or (c).
