COOPERATIVES ACT 1999 - SECT 30

30. Appeal against refusal to register

The applicants for registration of a proposed cooperative under this Part may appeal to a magistrate against –

(a) a decision of the Commissioner to refuse to register the cooperative; or

(b) a failure of the Commissioner to register the cooperative.
