Division 7 - Appeals 28. Appeal against refusal to approve disclosure statement

The person who submitted a draft disclosure statement to the Commissioner under this Act may appeal to a magistrate against –

(a) a decision of the Commissioner to refuse to approve the statement; or

(b) a failure of the Commissioner to approve the statement.
