(1) On the registration of the body corporate as a cooperative, the Commissioner must –
(a) issue a certificate of registration; and
(b) publish notice of the issue of the certificate in the Gazette.
(2) The corporate name of a body corporate registered as a cooperative is the name approved by the Commissioner as specified in the certificate of registration issued by the Commissioner.
