(1) Subject to this section, the Director may direct a prisoner to be
set to some work that is considered suitable to the prisoner's physical and
intellectual capacity.
(2) A prisoner must comply with a direction of the Director under
subsection (1) .
(3) A prisoner may, with the approval of the Director, be set to work
outside the precincts of the prison in which the prisoner is detained.
