CORONERS ACT 1995 - SECT 30
Reports on deaths
(1) A coroner may report to the Attorney-General on a death which the coroner investigated.(2) A coroner may make recommendations to the Attorney-General on any matter connected with a death which the coroner investigated, including public health or safety or the administration of justice.(3) A coroner must report to the Attorney-General if the coroner believes that an indictable offence has been committed in connection with a death which the coroner investigated.
