CONSTITUTION ACT 1934 - SECT 39

39. Limitation of matters to be dealt with in Appropriation Bills

A Bill for an Appropriation Act shall not –

(a) deal with any matter other than the issue, application, and appropriation of money out of the Consolidated Fund; or

(b) authorize such issue, application, or appropriation for a longer period than one year.
