BOUNDARY FENCES ACT 1908 - SECT 45

45. When garden, orchard, or crop, &c., damaged, owner or occupier entitled to compensation

Every owner of occupier of any land who shall incur or suffer any loss or damage by any act or thing done by any person wilfully acting contrary to the provisions of section 44 shall be entitled to compensation for the same.
