BIRTHS, DEATHS AND MARRIAGES REGISTRATION ACT 1999 - SECT 62

62. Continuation of Registration of Births and Deaths Regulations 1969

(1) The Subordinate Legislation Order 1998 (S.R. 1998, No. 175) validly postponed the rescission of the Registration of Births and Deaths Regulations 1969 from 1 January 1999 to 1 January 2000.

(2) The rescission of the Registration of Births and Deaths Regulations 1969 is further postponed until 1 January 2001.
