BIRTHS, DEATHS AND MARRIAGES REGISTRATION ACT 1999 - SECT 31

31. Registration of marriage

A marriage may be registered by –

(a) including the marriage certificate as part of the Register; or

(b) including particulars of the marriage in the Register.
