A person who carries on a prescribed business
is guilty of an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding 10 penalty units and a further fine not exceeding 2 penalty units in respect of each day during which that person carries on the prescribed business.(a) without giving notice as required by section 44(2); or
(b) after service on that person of a copy of a notice of objection under section 44(5) and before the hearing of the objection by a court of petty sessions; or
(c) during any period when, by virtue of an order made under section 45(3), that person is prohibited from carrying on the prescribed business
