ANIMAL WELFARE ACT 1993 - SECT 34

The Minister may, on the recommendation of the Advisory Committee, approve a Code of Practice to regulate –

(a) the carrying out of animal research; and

(b) the functions and procedures of Animal Experimentation Ethics Committees.
