ABORIGINAL LAND COUNCIL ELECTIONS ACT 2004 - SECT 2
2. Commencement
This Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent, but
if it does not receive the Royal Assent by 28 May 2004 this Act is taken to
have commenced on that date.
