(a) the Australia Act 1986 of the Commonwealth; and
(b) the Australia Act 1986 of the United Kingdom;
Commonwealth Parliament
shall mean the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia;
Imperial
Parliament shall mean the Parliament of the United Kingdom of Great Britain
and Ireland or the Parliament of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and
Northern Ireland, according as it relates to a matter before or since 12th
April 1927;
Parliament shall mean the Parliament of this State;
sitting-days ,
used in relation to either House of Parliament, shall mean days on which the
House to which the term relates actually sits, whether or not all such days,
to which, in any case, reference is made, occur in the same session of
Parliament.
