Dismissal of complaint
(1) The Tribunal may dismiss a complaint if it finds after an inquiry that the complaint is unsubstantiated.(2) The Tribunal may dismiss a complaint at any time if it is satisfied that (a) the complaint is trivial, vexatious, misconceived or lacking in substance; or(b) dismissing the complaint would, for some other reason, be just and appropriate.(3) If the Tribunal dismisses a complaint on the ground that it is vexatious, it may order the complainant to pay a specified fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
