ANTI-DISCRIMINATION ACT 1998 - SECT 93

      (1) The Tribunal, if requested by a complainant or respondent, is to give reasons in writing for an order made under section 89.

      (2) A request is to be –

(a) in writing; and

(b) made within 28 days after the date of the determination.
