ANTI-DISCRIMINATION ACT 1998 - SECT 85

85. Hearing of inquiry

      (1) An inquiry is to be held in public unless the Tribunal directs that it be held in private.

      (2) A person may be represented or accompanied by another person at an inquiry only with the permission of the Tribunal.

      (3) If the Tribunal gives permission for one person to be accompanied or represented by another person at the hearing of an inquiry, any other person taking part in the hearing may also be accompanied or represented by another person.

      (4) A person may act as an interpreter at an inquiry.
