ANTI-DISCRIMINATION ACT 1998 - SECT 60A
Appointment of litigation guardian
(1) If a child or other person is unable to make a complaint due to disability, age or other incapacity, the Commissioner may appoint a litigation guardian for the child or other person.(2) A litigation guardian may make a complaint on behalf of a child or other person referred to in subsection (1) .(3) If a litigation guardian has been appointed on behalf of a child or other person referred to in subsection (1) , the provisions of this Act apply to the litigation guardian as if that guardian were the complainant.
